LESSON 9 - The Power of Shooting. The basis of this whole course is the ability to take a photo. We believe that massive repetition is the best way to develop your skillset and style as a photographer. We discuss ways to make time to develop your skills with the camera.
LESSON 10 - Research, Education, & A Critical Eye. The best never stop learning and if you can make it a habit to research the latest trends and techniques in your field, educate yourself, and be able to be your own worst critic you will be constantly progressing.
LESSON 11 - Keys To Hunting Photography. We dive deep into the process of capturing a hunt starting with the pre-planning and then talking about how to go about documenting the hunt and what types of photos should be in your bag of tools on every hunt.
LESSON 12 - Staged Vs. Authentic. We tackle the touchy subject of staged and authentic photography and when/where you should utilize both. And yes there is a place for both.
LESSON 13 - Capturing The Hunt. We follow Steve Drake on a spring bear hunt as he shoots photos. Hear from him while he’s shooting images on why he’s shooting, what settings he’s using and more great in the field tips.
LESSON 14 - Timelapse Photography. Learn how to shoot a timelapse and professionaly piece it together into a captivating piece of video.
LESSON 15 - Long Exposure Photography. Learn to shoot long exposure photographs with Steven.
LESSON 16 - Camera Settings. We talk about camera settings in specific scenarios you’ll encounter when shooting photos during a hunt.
LESSON 17 - LIGHTROOM 1O1. We teach you how to set up your harddrives, import photos and categorize your images.
LESSON 18 - LIGHTROOM 102. We show you how we go about editing hunting images. Zack and Steven both edit five hunting images.
